 2008 PROPOSALS - 3rd Quarter
« Thread Started on May 28, 2008, 7:16pm »

Start adding the club proposals by replying to this thread.

It will ultimately show a club per month, but the first award on this site will be decided once sufficient proposals have been made. We are, after all, brand new!

I propose Abertilley Aikido Club http://www.aberaikido.org.uk/shingitai.htm because:

1) they seem to be the only club actively promoting the Shin Gi Tai (since its own website has disappeared, apparently)

2) I like the idea of the library-lending scheme online.

What a CLUB!!! (non-profit, constitution &c.)

Mind you, haven't been to their club yet! ;D

Hi Lee,

Thanks for your very kind words regarding our website. I would like to point out to everyone, the site has been updated, so all the URLs have changed. If anyone has a direct link to the Shin Gi Tai page, then it is now www.aberaikido.org.uk/shin_gi_tai.html Using your posted URL will result in a blank page. My apologies to all, but I am using a new program and I have no control over the page titles.

Thanks again

Nigel.

I propose the CUA website

http://www.cuaaikido.com/

It is always active and supports aikido around the country.

I propose the award because they keep their site current and full of their latest video clips (unlike some sites which remain static for years!)
